    About 5 Euro taxi ride to town. The "Big Red" stops outside the Hotel. Great views in all directions.

    The location is outstanding and the hotel very well laid out. Subdued interior with great use of an older buildings space. Comfortable rooms, very good beds and an excellent entertainment system.

    I booked this hotel on the websites indication of a room with a harbour and city view. The room we stayed in had a very restricted view of a drab garden, embankment and renovations with a very partial view of the city.

    Great view over Barcelona, top located... Negativ : During Breakfast at 10.30 the waiter told us tu hurry because they would put away the buffet. Imagin the rush ... my wife didn't even get a last cup of coffee... Now: I ordered a Parking for my car. (Mercedes sls amg) I hat to leave the keys in the reception, bec the receptionist told us that if they hat to move the car.. It would be better (ticket resguardo nr 000939) Imagine..one evening the Porter had a fun drive on the Parking outside... Next morning at 8.30 I heard the engine start of my car.. Terrible noise.. My wife on the balcony saw some men an the porter climbing in and out the car.. I precise it weren't hotel staff.. !! I called imediately the reception.. The porter told me he would just have liked to clean the car... !?!?! I for sure wil never leave my keys again... By the way the cleaning of the car was e messy wiping .... :o(( Georges Carbon

    All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

    Pleasant surroundings but disappointed by the execution. While the staff was friendly and the view fine, my room wasn't as clean as expected, sporting a few maintenance issues. Be prepared for a challenging walk to the city center, especially on the return! The facilities could use some improvements to match the star rating.

    I appreciated that the hotel was true luxury and clean. The room was a nice size and brand-new and what's more - included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and dressing gowns. All of the staff were very very helpful, attentive. Nice location very close to a really nice and quiet park area and a local pub in Barcelona, I felt safe. Sants-Montjuic district was worth exploring. Pool bar was relaxing. The service was all in all very good.

    Our room was new-fashioned and silent with clear passages between bed, great views and the terrace. We appreciated the location near to the park where there is lots to explore and discover, and the restaurant, it was remote.

    I liked the view in the hotel. My room was very spacious and I had an amazing balcony.

    Certainly the management need to look a little closer at the service levels their staff provide. The main downside for the weekend for me is any request was met with long delays.
